Regional coordination offices

Efficient project management in the field

To carry out its projects in the different countries of intervention, our Swiss NGO Enfants du Monde can count on the work and commitment of 3 regional coordination offices in Burkina Faso, Guatemala, Bangladesh and a programme office in Chad, with a total of almost 50 people.

The regional coordinators and programme directors, as well as their teams of colleagues specialising in the management of education and health programmes, are responsible for ensuring the link between our local partners and the secretariat in Geneva, in addition to providing follow-up and support for health, education and training projects in the field.
